The hotel is conveniently located in the slopes, making it easy for guests to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. The lockers for ski equipment near the lifts are very clean and organized - a great way to start the day. The food is also superb, with a six course dinner service that is both professional and efficient.

The noise from the sauna department can be a bit disturbing, especially for light sleepers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the staff at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities and the beautiful location in the slopes made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and there was ample parking available.

The hotel offered free yoga classes at another location and the food was good. the staff was really helpful and friendly.

The mixed department for men and women was uncomfortable, and the Finnish sauna was not being used properly. The hotel is not suitable for families with small children.

The hotel staff exceeded my expectations as they provided a warm and friendly service and offered a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival. The food was exceptional, as the chef clearly understood flavor and presentation of food, offering different oils and accompaniments each night with different and delicious-baked bread. the complimentary yoga class at a nearby establishment was an amazing way to start the day and added a nice touch to my stay.

The sauna department was mixed for men and women, which I wasn't used to. Though the Finnish sauna facility was totally fine, it seemed as though only Finns knew how to use it properly.
